(RoClayCo Exclusive) Clematis Silk Screen

RoClayCo exclusive pattern (4 x 6 inch silk screen)

Recommended paint brand: Liquitex Heavy Body Acrylic Paint

Care instructions:

• Place the shiny side of the silk screen face down on polymer clay in order to make the inscription visible and legible. Roll over the screen with an acrylic roller, to ensure it is stuck to the surface of the clay.

• Take a small amount of acrylic paint and spread evenly with a blade or old credit card. Remove any excess paint. Be sure not to scrape too hard as to remove too much paint, or the image won’t transfer.

• Remove silk screen by lifting it at the corner. Check the pattern. If the paint has not transferred, lay the screen back down and go over it a second time with more paint.

• Do not let the paint dry on the silk screen, even for a few seconds. Clean the silk screen under running water immediately after each use so it does not clog the mesh. Use your fingers to gently rub the paint off, as running water is not enough. Do not press too hard, or it may damage the mesh.

• Let air dry on a flat surface.
